What You'll Do:
Lead and work alongside a crew of 2+ landscape maintenance team members Oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, blowing, and other routine landscape maintenance Operate commercial-grade mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and related equipment Conduct pre- and post-job inspections to ensure quality standards are met Train, motivate, and provide direction to crew members Ensure company safety procedures are followed on every job Communicate with management regarding scheduling, supplies, and client feedback Accurately complete timesheets and job completion records
What We're Looking For:
