About the Position We are seeking a reliable and motivated Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This position is an opportunity to develop your landscaping skills while working toward increased responsibility and advancement within the company. We are willing to train the right candidate. Previous landscaping, lawn care, or related experience will be considered when determining starting pay. For the right individual, this position can lead to a Landscape Foreman role . We are interested in people who want to learn the business, take pride in their work, and grow with the company. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects Plant, mulch, prune, trim, and maintain landscape beds Perform seasonal cleanups and general property maintenance Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow project plans and instructions from crew leadership Work efficiently as part of a team Develop the skills and knowledge necessary to take on additional responsibility Opportunity for Advancement We are looking for employees who want to develop their skills and take on leadership responsibilities over time. Qualifications Reliable and dependable Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and moving materials Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Takes pride in quality workmanship Previous landscaping, lawn care, construction, or leadership experience is preferred but not required Compensation & Growth Starting pay: $18-$22/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
