Our Lead Install Technician will lead irrigation installation projects in the field, guide installation crews, ensure project quality and productivity, and deliver an excellent client experience. What You'll Do:

Lead daily irrigation installation activities and coordinate crew workflow on assigned projects Interpret and execute irrigation system design plans and layouts Install and oversee installation of mainline, lateral lines, valves, controllers, wiring, and point-of-connection components Oversee trenching, pipe installation, valve manifolds, waterline connections, and system assembly Identify and resolve field installation challenges while ensuring proper layout, spacing, alignment, and system performance Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with Mist'er Rain standards Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and communicate project progress, challenges, and material needs to the Install Manager Guide Install Technicians while maintaining a clean, safe, organized job site and ensuring proper care of tools, equipment, and company vehicles What We're Looking for (Requirements): 3+ years of irrigation installation experience Strong understanding of irrigation system layout and installation practices, with the ability to read and interpret irrigation plans Ability to safely operate installation tools and equipment and make connections with main waterlines Strong field problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective communication skills with clients and team members; bilingual Spanish and English Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred What You'll Get (Benefits): Health insurance Company-paid vision and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and 6 paid holidays Ongoing training and career development opportunities Ready to make a big impact?
