We are a rapidly growing landscaping company looking for a dynamic Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and high-end residential accounts while driving quality control and long-term satisfaction. What You Will Do Client Relationships:
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring proactive communication and high retention rates.
Site Inspections:
Conduct regular property walk-throughs to audit quality, note plant health, and identify potential issues before they arise.
Crew Coordination:
Partner closely with maintenance crews to ensure precise job execution and company safety standards.
Enhancement Sales:
Identify opportunities to improve client properties and present proposals for seasonal rotations, renovations, and upgrades.
Account Renewal:
Manage the contract lifecycle, from smooth onboarding to yearly renewals.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
2+ years of management experience in commercial landscape maintenance or property management.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong familiarity with regional plant identification, turf care, and irrigation systems.
Tech Savvy:
Ability to comfortably use CRMs, estimation programs, and landscape management scheduling software (e.g., LMN).
Driving Record:
A valid driver's license with a clean record is required.
Core Skills:
Exceptional organization, a collaborative team spirit, and a sharp eye for details.
