RPM's Construction Foremen are responsible for leading the team on various excavation and utility projects. This role involves overseeing daily operations to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to mentor team members.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to a consistent Monday-Friday work schedule Coordinate project schedules and log Daily Operations Manage resources efficiently and effectively Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment Follow and enforce safety guidelines and procedures at all times Perform skilled labor and operate equipment Possess ability to read and comprehend site plans Technological proficiency

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) Ability to operate heavy equipment and hand shovel/dig trenching as needed Energetic and positive attitude Ability to lead and direct less experienced team members Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Advanced knowledge of construction tools and equipment is required Previous experience in construction or related fields is required
