Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

We're growing fast and looking for a motivated leader who wants more than just another foreman position. This isn't just a job—it's a career path. What You'll Do Lead a professional landscape construction crew. Build premium hardscape and landscape projects with exceptional craftsmanship. Read blueprints, establish grades, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Operate modern equipment including CAT Track Loaders, Cat Excavators, mini skid's & all the attachments that go along with it. Train and develop crew members. Manage a crew of 2-3 people. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Lead a snow removal route during the winter season. Qualifications 4+ years of landscape construction leadership experience. Experience with pavers, retaining walls, natural stone, flagstone etc. Ability to read blueprints and grading plans. Proficient with heavy equipment operation. Positive attitude, strong leadership, and a team-first mentality. Able to report daily logs through iPad. Benefits Performance-Based Bonus Program paid out quarterly. Pay:
$30.00 - $42.00 per hour
