We work when it snows, and pretty much wait around until it snows again. On average we work 20-40hrs a month but it all depends on the weather. We provide the equipment and give training on what to snow blow, hand shovel and how to snow blow it.

• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• When it is time (snow has fallen), you will be required to show up no matter what time of the day it is.

work can start at anytime during the day form the hour of 8am-8pm. The shift is approximately 8-12 hours with some extreme situations totaling 12-16 hours. The pay is $35-$39/hr D.O.E. This position has the opportunity to transition into a full-time lawn maintenance when the winter season ends and the summer season begins. The requirements are;

• Drivers License
• 18 or older
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
• Must be comfortable and fluent with all aspects of clearing snow from sidewalks, walkways, etc.
• Be willing to work all hours of the day.
• Reliable transportation to and from work (car, bus, etc.
