Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of our Clients facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge and the ability to perform various maintenance duties.

Duties:

• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify any maintenance needs
• Assist with landscaping duties including mowing, irrigating, tree trimming, and hardscape maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Dig trenches or holes as needed for maintenance projects

Experience:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and experience with garden maintenance

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and operating machinery
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions We offer competitive pay based on experience.
