Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. This role involves various tasks related to the upkeep and beautification of outdoor spaces, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and visually appealing. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Build and install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Care for trees and shrubs through pruning, fertilizing, and pest management. Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, planting, and maintaining gardens. Assist in the design and installation of new landscaping projects. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Skills Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices. Experience in groundskeeping with an eye for detail in aesthetics. Proficiency in hardscape installation methods. Familiarity with tree care best practices. Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including digging and lifting.
