Overview Here at Alaska Lawn & Services we are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. We believe that it's essential for team members to work efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude, enjoying their work, and paying attention to detail. We offer a higher-than-average hourly rate for our industry because we expect our team to arrive ready to work on time and complete jobs promptly, with a focus on quality. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure well-maintained lawns. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment Assist with landscape maintenance activities including planting, weeding, and mulching. Conduct tree care tasks such as tree trimming and removal as needed. Experience Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but NOT required. Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment used in landscaping is beneficial. Knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care practices is a plus. A willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and care is essential.
