Assist with landscape installation projects like hardscaping, planting beds, and irrigation setup. Use power tools and small machinery like excavators for site preparation or minor construction tasks. Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, or assisting with tree planting and removal. Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and basic repairs to ensure safety and optimal performance. Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot lawn care machinery and hand tools safely. Prior experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, snow removal is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and horticulture principles. Experience with power tools, hand tools, and small machinery such as excavators is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and quality standards. Valid driver's license may be required for equipment operation or transportation between job sites.
