Individuals will work as part of a team to keep sidewalks, walkways, entrances, stairs, and other designated areas safe and accessible during winter. Working hours may include early mornings, overnight hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts depending on winter weather conditions. This position requires reliability, stamina, the ability to work safely as well as working outdoors during winter. This position can also transition into summer to work with our lawn maintenance crews.

Qualifications:

Prior experience helpful — but training will be provided. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in winter weather. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, shoveling, pushing, and walking for extended periods. Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions. Must be available for on-call and/or emergency snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
