Job Summary Join our team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This position involves performing a variety of lawn care, landscaping, and maintenance tasks to ensure that outdoor spaces are healthy and attractive. Whether working on planting, mowing, or other projects, you'll contribute to transforming outdoor environments into vibrant, welcoming spaces. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance while working outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and weed eating to keep grounds pristine and healthy Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers, lawnmowers, and hedge cutters safely and efficiently Support planting projects by preparing soil, planting new greenery, and mulching beds to promote growth Perform grounds cleanup activities Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and team members at all times Experience Prior outdoor work experience preferred Basic knowledge of landscaping and lawn care techniques Familiarity with the operation of equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and power tools Ability to follow safety procedures while handling tools and equipment Strong work ethic with a positive attitude Reliability and punctuality This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in landscaping.
