Potential W-2 position following successful trial shift About the Opportunity Elite Miller Express is looking for an experienced and dependable Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team! The ideal candidate will be available to work a paid trial shift this Friday (August 28) from 7:00 AM-4:30 PM. This is a working trial shift alongside our owner and lead technician, Devarus. We have a full residential lawn-care route scheduled, so you must already have lawn-care experience and be comfortable working outdoors and using professional lawn equipment. If the trial shift goes well and we feel you are a good fit for our team, we would like to discuss moving forward with a formal W-2 position with Elite Miller Express. What You'll Be Doing Mowing residential lawns Weed eating and trimming Edging sidewalks, driveways and other areas Blowing off driveways, sidewalks and completed work areas Assisting with basic lawn and property cleanup Loading and unloading equipment as needed Working efficiently alongside the crew lead to complete the day's route Following Elite Miller Express quality and safety standards Requirements Previous lawn-care or landscaping experience is required Experience using mowers, string trimmers, edgers and blowers Must be dependable and punctual Must be available for the full shift Friday from 7:00 AM-4:30 PM Must be able to work outdoors in hot weather Must be able to handle physically demanding work throughout the day Must have reliable transportation to and from the designated meeting location Must communicate well and follow instructions Must take pride in doing quality work Pay & Potential Employment Pay for Friday's trial shift is $150 for the day . This is also an opportunity for us to see how well we work together. We are currently hiring for a regular Lawn Care Crew Member position approximately four days per week.
