Duties Perform comprehensive lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, weed eating and blowing to maintain lush, healthy lawns. Execute landscape maintenance activities such as planting, pruning, mulching, and bed edging to enhance garden aesthetics. Supervise and lead crew members during daily operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently. Provide tree care services including pruning, trimming, and removal to promote tree health and safety. Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards are met. Skills Proven experience in lawn care. Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining a positive work environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent understanding of safety procedures related to landscaping equipment and outdoor work environments. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
