$25/hour Higher pay based on experience and skill level Paid holidays Paid vacation Year-round employment Stable position with an established company Opportunity to grow your skills and responsibilities Experienced, professional team What You'll Do Maintain and care for residential and/or commercial landscapes Plant, prune, trim, mulch, fertilize, and maintain plants and trees Identify plant health issues and provide appropriate care Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems Diagnose irrigation problems, including leaks, broken heads, clogged lines, and poor coverage Operate landscaping equipment and tools Assist with landscape installations and improvements Keep properties looking clean, healthy, and professionally maintained Work independently and as part of a team Maintain a safe and professional work environment Irrigation Experience Is a Big Plus We're especially interested in candidates who can confidently work with irrigation systems and troubleshoot problems in the field. Experience with irrigation installation, repairs, controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, drip systems, and troubleshooting is highly valued. ✅ What We're Looking For Previous professional landscaping or horticulture experience Irrigation experience strongly preferred Good knowledge of plants and horticultural practices Ability to identify and solve landscape and irrigation problems Strong work ethic and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license required Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, standing, and walking throughout the workday About Us For more than 40 years , our company has been providing professional landscaping and horticultural services and building lasting relationships with our customers.
