Job Description
We are looking to add a Boatyard Crew Member to our team. If you love working outdoors, enjoy being hands-on and part of a great team environment, we would love to talk to you! What you will be doing Assisting with hauling and launching vessels Blocking boats, pressure washing, painting, rigging, and light mechanical work Preparing boat bottoms by scraping, sanding, grinding, and cleaning Keeping the yard tidy and jumping in to assist with an extra set of hands to get the job done right! Who you are You enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment You have the capability of lifting up to 50 lbs. and can comfortably climb ladders or enter/exit vessels You are punctual and consistent with your time You have a positive attitude and are willing to lend a helping hand You are safety minded and have the ability to wear a respirator. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, background check, and receive clearance to wear a respirator. A valid drivers license is required. This is a full time job with regular hours of Monday - Friday 7am-4pm with overtime as needed.
