Qualifications:

Certified as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) in Alabama Prior experience supporting K-12 students preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt instruction for diverse learners

Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and support to visually impaired students a few hours each week Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Consult with school staff and families on student progress and strategies Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state standards
