Overview Join our dynamic grounds maintenance team as a Crew Member and play a vital role in creating beautiful, safe, and well-maintained outdoor spaces. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in various weather conditions, utilizing your skills in landscaping, groundskeeping, and equipment operation. As a Crew Member, you'll contribute to maintaining lush landscapes, pristine lawns, and functional hardscapes while adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery safely and efficiently Assist with landscape installation projects involving plant identification, soil preparation, and hardscape construction Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Conduct pest management activities following pesticide guidelines while prioritizing safety protocol adherence Maintain grounds by performing snow plowing during winter months and seasonal clean-up activities Support tree trimming, gardening tasks, and ground repairs to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces Experience Prior outdoor work experience or background in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and troubleshooting is highly desirable Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and lawn care techniques Knowledge of pesticide management practices and safety procedures for handling chemicals Experience operating power tools, hand tools, and grounds maintenance equipment safely Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of grounds care Join us as a Crew Member and be part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming outdoor environments into inviting spaces!
