About Us:
Join our team at Brick Property Management, where we take pride in providing exceptional residential spaces for our valued residents. As a Groundskeeper, you contribute to maintaining quality standards across properties for both tenants and rental owners.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician to help maintain our residential rental properties and apartment complexes. This role focuses primarily on groundskeeping and exterior maintenance, with occasional assistance on general maintenance tasks as needed.
Specific Duties Include:
Maintain yards across vacancies, complexes, and short term rentals. Complete various groundskeeping tasks in accordance with the weather/seasons. (ex. pressure washing, freezing weather preparation, etc) Occasional assistance with general maintenance tasks, if assigned. Ability to work well within a team, and individually. Weekly attendance of team meetings.
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrate proficiency in the operation of iOS-powered devices, specifically the use of up to four iPhone applications for streamlined communication, documentation, and task tracking. Your tech-savvy approach ensures efficiency and accuracy in every aspect of your role.
Vehicle and Driving Standards:
Must have a valid driver's license, and a company vehicle may be provided if needed.
