RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING SKILLED GROUNDS MAINTENANCE IN THE PRESERVATION AND UPKEEP OF PARKS AND GROUNDS FOR THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE. DUTIES INCLUDE

PREPARE

ATHLETIC FIELDS FOR GAMES WHICH INCLUDES DRAGGING DIAMONDS AND MEASURING FOOTBALL AND SOCCER FIELDS. ENSURES PROPER CARE IN USE OF MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES. MOWS AND GROOMS PLAYGROUNDS, SOFTBALL, BASEBALL, SOCCER AND FOOTBALL FIELDS. MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. SAFETY/SECURITY SENSITIVE DESIGNATION - THIS POSITION IS DESIGNATED AS A SAFETY/SECURITY POSITION FOR PURPOSES OF THE ARKANSAS MEDICAL MARIJUANA AMENDMENT AND IS SUBJECT TO RANDOM DRUG AND ALCOHOL SCREENINGS.
