This is commercial landscape work . Our crews install and build landscapes for commercial properties, and the job requires someone comfortable with physical labor, heavy lifting, outdoor work, and changing weather conditions. Responsibilities Install and repair irrigation systems Lay and install sod Move and install rock, mulch, dirt, and other landscape materials Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plant material Dig trenches, holes, and planting areas Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Push wheelbarrows and move heavy materials around job sites Rake, shovel, grade, spread soil, mulch, and rock Assist with landscape installation and site preparation Safely operate hand tools and power equipment as trained Keep commercial job sites clean, organized, and safe Follow directions from the Landscape Foreman and work effectively as part of a team Operating heavy equipment is a plus but not required. ( Will Train) Experience Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and irrigation system operation. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment operation is highly desirable. Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. This Job is not for you if.... This position is not a light-duty landscaping or gardening job . Our crews regularly move and install sod, rock, mulch, dirt, plants, irrigation materials, and other heavy landscape materials . You need to be comfortable working hard, staying active throughout the day, and working outdoors in the elements. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has commercial landscape installation experience, understands the demands of construction-style landscaping, and is ready to work hard as part of a professional crew. Pay:
