Job Description

•BACKGROUND

CHECK AND HAIR FOLICLE SCREENING REQUIRED

•We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Man to help maintain our properties and equipment.

Job duties include:

Mowing and maintaining grounds Weed eating and trimming General property maintenance and repairs Maintaining and servicing lawn and maintenance equipment Operating tractors, mowers, trailers, and other equipment Hauling and moving equipment from one job site to another Loading and unloading equipment safely Keeping equipment clean, maintained, and ready to use Identifying and repairing basic mechanical and maintenance problems Other general maintenance duties as needed

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to safely operate and transport equipment Must be mechanically inclined and able to perform basic repairs Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work independently Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Experience with lawn equipment, tractors, trailers, or construction equipment is a plus
