Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various parking lot tasks. This position requires a passion for working outdoors, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Work with a crew to lay asphalt and apply sealcoat. Responsibilities Perform groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist with tree care and maintenance, ensuring healthy growth and aesthetics. Engage in garden maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and watering. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, or other landscaping features as required. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Previous experience in asphalt and sealcoat application is strongly encouraged. Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
