$16.00/hour + Overtime Full-Time | Opportunities for Pay Increases & Advancement Ledesma Landscaping is looking for a dependable, hardworking Hardscape Crew Member to join our installation team. This position is specifically for our hardscape/landscape installation crew . We are looking for someone who isn't afraid of physical work, enjoys working outdoors, and is willing to learn and work as part of a team. Experience is a plus, but you do not need to know everything listed below . If you have a strong work ethic, show up every day ready to work, and are willing to learn, we are willing to train the right person. Job Responsibilities Depending on experience, responsibilities may include: Installing pavers and hardscape Installing artificial turf Installing and repairing irrigation Installing landscape rock/gravel Preparing and grading areas for installation Digging, hauling, loading and moving materials Operating basic landscaping tools and equipment Performing physically demanding work and heavy lifting Keeping job sites clean and organized Helping the crew complete jobs efficiently and with quality workmanship Experience That Is a PLUS Experience with any of the following is preferred, but not required in every area : Paver installation Artificial turf installation Irrigation Landscape rock installation Grading and ground preparation Hardscape or landscape construction Most importantly, you must be willing to learn . Have reliable transportation to work every day Be dependable and consistently show up for scheduled shifts Be on time Have a positive attitude Be willing to work hard and stay productive Be able to perform physical labor and heavy lifting Be comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather Be willing to learn new skills Work well with a crew and follow directions Be flexible with hours when needed Some jobs require the crew to work longer hours to finish a project and keep our schedule on track , so flexibility is important. Overtime is paid. Pay & Opportunity Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. We typically reevaluate performance and pay after 60 days . Employees who demonstrate strong skills, excellent attendance, reliability, a good attitude, and quality work may qualify for a pay increase at the 60 day evaluation or sooner. You do not necessarily have to wait 60 days. If you come in with experience or quickly prove that you are highly skilled, dependable, and a strong addition to the crew, we are willing to reevaluate pay sooner. There is also opportunity to increase your pay and responsibilities as you grow with the company.
