Non-Exempt, Hourly Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and weeding. Maintain and operate lawn care and landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, blowers, trimmers). Remove leaves, snow, and debris from walkways, parking lots, patios, and other outdoor areas. Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in accordance with safety standards and regulations. Inspect and maintain irrigation systems; report any repairs or malfunctions. Assist with minor exterior repairs, including fences, benches, or outdoor fixtures. Clean and maintain community exterior areas Clean and maintain clubhouse area and bathrooms Participate in emergency or seasonal tasks (e.g., storm cleanup, snow removal). Performs other duties, as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
