IMMEDIATE HIRINIG AND PLACEMENT HIRING LANDSCAPE LABORS
with
DRIVER LICENSE JOB IS MONDAY-FRIDAY AND ABLE TO START AS EARLY AS 5
00AM.
IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT.
Pay Range:
$15.50 - $18.00 an hour
Summary of Job:
Crew Members perform a variety of landscape maintenance activities. This includes the use of hand tools and operating a variety of power-driven equipment.
Essential Functions:
Lawn mowing and edging Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and flowers Responsible for general clean-up and trash removal Use of power and hand tools Operate power riding mowers, chainsaws, pole saws, blowers, weed eaters, chippers, gas hedge trimmers other equipment and vehicles Perform skilled and unskilled maintenance work involving strenuous tasks often under adverse climatic conditions Understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions Work safely and efficiently with others Maintain adherence to all OSHA standards Operating company vehicle to work site and around work site Reporting equipment failures for repair Perform any other miscellaneous assigned duties
Job Skills/Requirements:
Must be able to work safely Must be able to start as early as 4:30AM Safely operate small pieces of equipment (power and hand tools) Must be able to pass driving test if hired as a driver Experience driving a work truck and trailer is a plus Arizona Driver License and acceptable MVR record (39 months)
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat and kneel for extended periods of time Ability to work in adverse conditions such as excessive heat Able to work in and around various plants and landscaping materials
