Landscaper:

Prepares soil for planting beds and lawn areas. Plants trees, shrubs, turf grass and flowers. Prunes and trims trees and shrubs. Operates mechanical equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers and utility vehicles. Maintains a clean landscape environment through trash removal and debris cleanup. Maintains landscape through the application of mulch, water, fertilizer and grooming. Maintains irrigation system around the common areas of the resort. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications for the

Landscaper:

Prior landscaping experience preferred. Must be self-starter and willing to work independently. Must have a valid Driver's License.

Other Qualifications:

Regular and reliable attendance.
