LandCom Landscaping is looking for dependable and hardworking Mowing Crew Members to join our team!

Position:

Mowing Crew Member We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy working outdoors. Landscaping or mowing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates. Responsibilities Mow and maintain turf areas at HOA communities and commercial properties Operate commercial lawn mowers, edgers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment Weed-eat and edge turf areas Blow sidewalks, curbs, and other hard surfaces Perform general landscape maintenance as needed Maintain a clean and professional appearance at job sites Safely operate and care for company equipment Work efficiently as part of a team Qualifications Landscaping or mowing experience preferred Reliable and dependable Able to work outdoors in hot weather Able to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating equipment Good communication and teamwork skills Must be willing to follow safety procedures and company guidelines Valid driver's license is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Bonuses Consistent, year-round work Opportunities for growth and advancement Team-oriented work environment Training provided for qualified candidates

Valleywide Pay:

$18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:
