Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces! Whether you're trimming trees, installing irrigation systems, or performing lawn care, your efforts will directly contribute to transforming outdoor environments into vibrant, functional spaces. Responsibilities Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks including digging, edging, planting, and installing landscape features Support the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures Perform lawn care duties including aeration, overseeding, and snow plowing during winter months to ensure year-round landscape upkeep Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and assisting with repairs or installations Support construction projects by assisting with excavation using equipment like excavators under supervision and preparing sites for new installations Experience Prior experience with landscaping or gardening is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with land-based equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus Hands-on experience with hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, saws) is advantageous Basic understanding of horticulture principles or landscape maintenance practices will help you excel in this role Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques in landscaping and construction projects Join us to cultivate your skills in landscaping while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments!
