Job Description

Full Time Maintenance/grounds keeper wanted for manufactured housing community in the City of Riverside. Maintenance/plumbing/electrical/janitorial experience is preferred. Valid driver's license is required. Eligible candidates must have the ability to complete the following: Understand and carry out directions in a professional manner while working under direct supervision of the community manager. Work safely and follow company policy and procedures. Perform physical labor for routine grounds maintenance and project work as needed. Valid drivers license required. Open Interviews at Santiago Estates Pedley - Call for appointment Interested applicants are invited to visit the Park Office at 3700 Quartz Canyon Rd., Riverside, CA 92506 between the hours of 8am and 4pm (Closed for lunch 12pm - 1pm) Monday through Friday.
