Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper/Groundskeeper and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. This energetic position involves executing landscape maintenance, gardening, and lawn care tasks to create beautiful, functional environments. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions, using your skills to ensure the grounds are healthy, safe, and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching and edging to keep grounds pristine and inviting Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Conduct gardening tasks like planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal displays to enhance curb appeal. Power washing as needed. Use hand tools for planting, digging, weeding, and soil preparation to support healthy plant growth Carry out routine lawn care activities including fertilizing, aerating, and pest control to promote lush greenery Assist with landscape installation projects and ongoing land improvements under supervision Maintain a clean, professional, and well-kept outdoor environment Qualifications Strong knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape maintenance techniques Previous professional landscaping or grounds maintenance experience required Experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent gardening skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics Familiarity with landscaping best practices including soil preparation and plant selection Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions accurately Valid driver's license preferred Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes that inspire!
