Landscape Laborer Rancho Del Sol Golf Club - 1.0 Moreno Valley, CA Job Details Seasonal | Full-time $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent or Site Superintendent, the Laborer provides assistance in maintaining all areas of the facility while upholding an atmosphere of complete hospitality. Essential Duties Implements plans for landscaped areas. Maintains all landscape plant materials, including flowers, trees, and shrub beds. Applies fertilizer to plant material to promote a healthy environment. Identifies and controls pests in the most economical and effective manner. Ensures landscaped areas are presented at optimum levels at all times. Oversees the maintenance and cleanliness of practice greens, front entrance, and parking lot. Maintains personal grooming and appearance standards. Performs any other duties necessary for the successful operation of the facility. Qualification Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essentialfunctions. High school diploma or equivalent; three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to interpret procedures necessary to perform job tasks. Ability to communicate requirements to staff and management for implementing landscape management programs. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations with limited standardization. Ability to interpret instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Knowledge of the game of golf and golf etiquette.
