Your passion for plants, experience with gardening tools, and enthusiasm for working outdoors will help us deliver exceptional landscapes that inspire and delight. Whether tending native plants, managing irrigation systems, or assisting with lawn care, you'll play a key part in transforming outdoor environments into thriving green havens. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep grounds pristine and vibrant Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to plant, weed, mulch, and maintain garden beds and lawns Identify various plant species and monitor plant health to ensure optimal growth and vitality Manage irrigation systems efficiently to provide proper watering schedules for diverse plantings Assist with pest control measures by applying pesticides responsibly and identifying pest issues early Support native plant conservation efforts by planting, watering, and caring for indigenous flora Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, and climbing ladders when necessary Requirements Previous experience working with greenhouse environments or landscape maintenance is highly desirable Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification, growing techniques, and pest management Familiarity with gardening tools, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment operation Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients Experience with irrigation systems, native plants, lawn care practices, farming or agriculture is a plus Physical ability to perform climbing tasks and handle manual labor throughout the workday Join us in cultivating lush landscapes that inspire!
