Job Overview Property Managemen firm Looking for an experienced property mainenance person familiar with the following tasks Sprinkler and drip irrigation Fertilizer and weed control Use and maintenance of Lawn Mowers, Trimmers, chainsaws, rototillers, stump grinders, pressure washers Plumbing problem analysis and repair Basic electrical work Kitchen appliance removal and replacement install Drywall repair Landscape maintenance Tree removal Fencing installation/ Repair Responsibilities Perform reair and maintenance on rental properties inlc plumbing drip irrigation, sprinkler landscape General landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas in good condition Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, power tools, chainsaws, and skilsaws chopsaws safely and efficiently Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper covergaes and watering schedules Manage pest control through proper pesticide application Use power tools, drills, grinders, chop saws, handheld saws as assigned Requirements/ Experience Valid Driver license , no DUIs, Proven property Maintenance experience with veifyable good refernces. Property reconditioning and repair experiance ( paint, clean, repair) work experience in groundskeeping, landscaping Hands-on experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor settings Understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation This is a permanent year round position. we are seeking reliable steady individual that will show upo fpor work on time rel;iably and get the assigned jobs done.

Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
