This position will run approximately mid-September through the end of December , with the majority of the work consisting of fall cleanups, lawn care, and general property maintenance. What You'll Be Doing Leaf and fall property cleanups Core aeration Overseeding and fertilization Shrub and ornamental grass trimming Gutter cleaning Mowing and general lawn maintenance Loading/unloading equipment and yard debris Operating blowers, trimmers, aerators, mowers, and other landscaping equipment Assisting with other landscaping or tree-care projects as needed Everyday is a little different. Some days are simple mowing routes. Other days involve heavier cleanup, landscaping, or tree work. Requirements Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license (clean MVR a plus) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day Comfortable working in various outdoor weather conditions Reliable transportation to company yard Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Able to follow instructions and have a willingness to learn Willing to wear and use company-provided PPE (safety gear) Preferred Qualifications ( not required ) 1+ year experience in landscaping, lawn care, or tree work Familiarity with mowers, blowers, trimmers, and chainsaws
