Role:
Legacy Arvada Senior Residences, managed by Beacon Management, LLC, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper / Porter to join our team immediately. This position focuses on enhancing our property's appearance and ensuring our senior residents have clean, safe, and beautifully maintained amenity areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Cleanliness:
Pick up refuse on lawns, in hallways, stairwells, and garage areas every morning. Clean common spaces across the exterior, interior halls, and garage.
Grounds & Landscaping:
Maintain green spaces, weed, prune trees and shrubs, water plants, and safely use insecticides, fertilizers, and herbicides as needed. Assist with sprinkler system maintenance.
Winter Safety:
Promptly remove snow and ice from sidewalks and spread sand or salt to keep walkways safe for residents.
Community Support:
Deliver notices to residents as directed by the Resident Manager and participate in property maintenance projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and a pride in property appearance Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (including snow removal) Reliable, punctual, and able to work the required Tuesday
  • Saturday morning shift Great communication skills and a respectful attitude toward senior residents and staff
