individuals to be part of their lawn care/ landscape maintenance crews. We have been in business for 20 years and our client base consists of commercial property maintenance, commercial snow removal and commercial holiday lighting accounts. Our company has a reputation for quality work and is looking for individuals who are self motivated, take pride in doing a quality job and enjoy working outdoors.

High school diploma or equivalent Must have reliable transportation to and from Castle Rock Previous lawn care experience is preferred but not required Excellent verbal communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport Must have a clean-cut, professional image, sense of pride, integrity, self-motivation, attention-to-detail, perseverance, follow-up skills and dependability Must display positive demeanor, professionalism and desire to please potential and existing customers Must enjoy working with a small crew Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy

JOB DUTIES

Complete lawn care & landscape maintenance (mowing, string trimming, edging, blow off hard surfaces, weeding, pruning) Minor landscape installation Plant installation and identification Snow removal (shoveling & ATV) Install holiday lighting Regular attendance throughout the busy season and all required meetings Demonstrate teamwork

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
