Overview We are seeking a dedicated Laborer/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site and operating machinery to support production processes. Experience Required Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor. Basic knowledge of operating machinery. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Adherence to safety procedures and guidelines. Ability to walk long distances. Previous experience in Lawn Care. Familiarity with industrial equipment. Certification in operating specific machinery. Using 2 Stroke engine equipment. Essential Responsibilities Perform general labor duties such as Mowing greens, Raking bunkers, Using backpack blowers and String Trimmers, Pulling Weeds. Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Support the team in completing tasks as assigned.
