Join the dynamic team at Colorado Railbike Adventures! We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to fill the dual role of Bike Mechanic and Groundskeeper. This position offers flexible hours, perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for both bike maintenance and landscaping. Hours are very flexible and can be worked around your other job(s).

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on railbikes to ensure optimal performance and safety. Diagnose mechanical issues and conduct necessary repairs in a timely manner. Maintain an inventory of bike parts and tools, and order supplies as needed. Assist in the setup and breakdown of railbike tours. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas needing attention. Perform general landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, watering and weed control. Help with build out and storage of seasonal holiday displays. Ensure the grounds are clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. Collaborate with the team to support other operational needs as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in bike maintenance and repair. Basic knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Passion for the outdoors and a love for bikes is a plus!
