Windsor Storage & Farms Full-Time (32+ hours) About Us Windsor Storage & Farms is a family-owned, locally operated business set on a historic 1918 dairy farm site. We take pride in serving our Northern Colorado community by offering secure self-storage, climate-controlled units, large RV/boat storage, and agricultural operations. We are looking for a dependable, multi-talented team member to help us keep our property secure, clean, and operating smoothly. What You'll Do As a Storage and Farm Facility Personnel, you'll be an essential part of keeping our historic property running daily. Your responsibilities will include but aren't limited to the following:
Facility Maintenance:
Perform routine repairs and upkeep on storage units, doors, gates, lean-tos, and farm structures.
Groundskeeping & Property Care:
Maintain the grounds—including mowing, weed control, debris cleanup, and seasonal snow management.
Equipment Operation:
Safely operate light-to-medium equipment (tractors, zero-turn mowers, UTVs, and power tools) and handle basic maintenance on tools and machinery.
Site Security & Inspections:
Help maintain our secure environment with regular perimeter checks, gate monitoring, and move-in/move-out unit inspections. Assist with tasks such as feeding, watering, cleaning enclosures, and handling livestock with care
Customer Support:
Greet tenants, assist with access, and represent the business with a helpful, community-focused attitude.
What We're Looking For Experience:
1+ years in facility maintenance, farm work, property management, or general trades. Experience in home construction is a plus.
Hands-on Skills:
Comfortable working with basic power/hand tools and troubleshooting mechanical hardware (gates, locks, exterior doors).
Equipment Savvy:
Experience operating light machinery like tractors or commercial mowers is a big plus.
Physical Capability:
Ability to work outdoors in all Northern Colorado weather conditions, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliability:
