Qualifications:

Active Colorado BCBA License Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential required Proven experience in K-12 or school-based settings preferred Competency in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Responsibilities:

Serve as a district-wide BCBA with no direct caseload Oversee and assist multiple school sites (K-12) Guide building staff within behavior and autism programs Complete FBAs, develop and implement BIPs Supervise and support two on-site RBTs Ensure in-person, hands-on involvement
