S&R PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, LLC LAWN MAINTAINER - FULL-TIME/PART-TIME S&R

Property Maintenance, LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Lawn Maintainer to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors while providing quality lawn and property maintenance services to residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities include:

Mowing and trimming lawns Weed whacking and edging Blowing off driveways, walkways, and patios Spring and fall cleanups Pruning shrubs and small trees Mulching and general landscape maintenance Maintaining and properly using lawn care equipment Keeping work areas clean and professional Providing friendly and dependable service to customers Following safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Positive attitude and professional appearance
