Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces! You will be responsible for supporting landscape maintenance projects, operating groundskeeping equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and mulching to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Support hardscape installation projects by preparing sites, laying materials, and performing basic construction tasks Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and health of landscapes Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and injuries Perform routine grounds upkeep including debris removal, edging, and fertilizing Experience Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is highly preferred but no necessary Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, irrigation systems, and landscaping equipment is preferred Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as mowing, pruning, planting, and hardscape installation Demonstrated ability to operate groundskeeping machinery safely and efficiently Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills help craft beautiful landscapes while ensuring safety and quality at every step!
