This is a paid, project-based 1099 contractor role . It is not a traditional employee position and does not provide an employer vehicle, equipment, hourly wage, or W-2 employment. We are looking for contractors who already have the ability to perform customer work using their own business, transportation, equipment, and labor. Owner-operators are welcome. A large crew is not required. Pay Pay is determined on a project-by-project basis before the contractor accepts the work. Typical smaller lawn-care, cleanup, maintenance, and property-service projects may range from: $200 to $1,500 per completed project Larger landscape installation, drainage, grading, irrigation, hardscape, and property-improvement projects may pay more depending on scope and agreed terms. Schedule This is flexible project-based contractor work.
