Duties Immediate Openings Available! Pay based on experience Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, weeding and mulching to keep outdoor areas pristine. Operate ground maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools safely and efficiently. Support irrigation system installation, repair, and ongoing management to ensure proper watering of plants and turf. Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to promote healthy plant growth while minimizing environmental impact. Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, and retaining walls to enhance landscape aesthetics. Follow all safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Qualifications Previous outdoor work experience or background in grounds maintenance or landscaping is highly preferred but not required Valid drivers license preferred Pay based on experience Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment operation. Ability to handle hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools with care and precision. Knowledge of safety protocols related to landscaping activities and equipment use. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform physical tasks consistently over extended periods.
