Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Crew Member to maintain and enhance outdoor landscapes across various properties. This role involves performing a variety of tree work including tree pruning and removals. Training is available to grow into a higher role on the team. Responsibilities Use hand lines to lower limbs and equipment. Keep work area clean and orderly. Works from the ground utilizing handsaws, pole saws and chainsaws. Drives trucks, and other related equipment. Adheres to industry and company safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment. Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques is a plus. Candidates should be reliable team players with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality workmanship. Qualifications Operates and maintains chippers, chainsaws and all other equipment in a safe manner. A clean valid Driver's License is required, CDL preferred. Must be able to carry 50lbs at a minimum and work outside in various weather conditions. We offer competitive wages that correlate with related experience. Pay:

$23.75 - $30.00 per hour
