GROUNDWORKER/LABORER Join our growing tree and shrub care team! We are looking for a hard-working, motivated Ground Guy to join our tree care company. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team, and learning the tree care industry. Responsibilities Assist climbers and crew members with daily tree care operations Safely operate ropes, rigging equipment, chippers, and other equipment Feed brush into the chipper and process logs and debris Perform job-site cleanup and organization Help with tree removals, pruning, and storm cleanup Set up and break down job sites Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Learn proper tree care techniques and equipment operation What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work safely as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work Previous tree care or landscaping experience is a plus CDL is a plus What We Offer $25-$35 per hour, based on experience 32-40 hours per week Opportunity to learn and advance within the tree care industry Work with a professional, hardworking team Year-round opportunities for the right candidate If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to work, we'd love to hear from you!
