We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Laborer to assist with landscaping, lawn maintenance, property cleanup, and snow removal operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and weed removal Assist with planting, mulching, pruning, and general landscape maintenance Maintain flower beds, trees, shrubs, and outdoor areas Perform seasonal property cleanups, including leaves, branches, and debris Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other hand tools Assist with snow and ice removal during winter weather Operate or assist with snow plows, snow blowers, shovels, and salt/sand spreaders Clear sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and walkways Apply ice-melt and other winter maintenance materials as needed Load, unload, and properly maintain tools and equipment Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other general landscaping and property maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications Reliable and dependable work ethic Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, and snowy weather Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment Valid driver's license Previous landscaping, lawn care, or snow removal experience preferred but not required Ability to operate landscaping or snow-removal equipment is a plus Must be willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or on-call during snow events when necessary

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
