Landscape Crew Member We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Landscape Crew Member to join our team. We value individuals who show up on time, have a positive attitude, are willing to learn, and take pride in their work. Previous landscaping experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are happy to train dependable individuals who have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Perform landscape installation and general property maintenance Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials Install and spread mulch, soil, stone, and other materials Perform property and job-site cleanups Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Follow instructions from crew leaders and management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Deliver quality workmanship and professional service

Qualifications:

Dependability and consistent attendance are essential Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team Landscaping or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required Training will be provided to the right candidates Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to follow directions and safety procedures Reliable transportation to and from work
